As a vital member of our agency, you will engage directly with customers to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored coverage options that provide real value. Your dedication to excellent service and passion for helping others will contribute to our continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and reach out to potential customers to grow our client base
- Clearly explain insurance products and options to help customers make informed decisions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized care
- Accurately manage customer files and support policy servicing tasks
Who We’re Looking For:
- Confident communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
$50,000 - $75,000 annually, with performance bonuses
